We are expanding our Support Team and have a great opportunity for a one with a background in IT support to become a valuable member of our team.
The role requires someone with an IT know how who is interested in supporting all areas of the customer service. From telephone support, to setting up and installing hardware on site, providing first class customer service is key.
The role can be very fast paced and diverse so you will need to be able to think on your feet, problem solve, be willing to learn, and never turn down a challenge. There may be requirement for travel, mostly UK and Ireland, but opportunities for worldwide travel also present themselves..
